Subscription Handling After Refunds
Active Subscriptions
When you request a refund:
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval
- You'll retain access to paid features until the refund is processed
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after the refund is completed
- All your previously processed videos and generated content will remain accessible
- You can re-subscribe at any time if you change your mind
Partial Refunds

5-Video Limit Policy
Refunds are available within 15 days, provided usage doesn't exceed 5 videos. If usage is higher than 5 videos, refund requests will not be accepted.
