• Generated transcripts, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails
• Processing metadata and job status

Usage Information

• IP address, browser type, and access times
• Device information and operating system
• Basic logs for security and troubleshooting

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate our video processing services
• Generate transcripts, SEO metadata, and thumbnails
• Authenticate logins and secure accounts
• Monitor usage limits based on your subscription plan
• Improve and optimize our platform

We do not use your videos or transcripts to train AI models.

Information Sharing

We only share data with trusted third-party providers necessary for operations:

• AWS (video storage)
• OpenAI (AI transcription and SEO generation)
• Google (YouTube integration)
• Paddle (payments)

We may disclose information when required by law or to comply with valid legal requests.

Data Security

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (AWS S3 encryption)
• Access controls with authentication and authorization
• Regular monitoring for suspicious activity

If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users promptly by email.

Data Retention

• Deleted accounts are permanently removed after 60 days
• Videos and generated content are retained until deleted by the user or after 12 months of inactivity
• Temporary processing files are automatically deleted after processing completes

International Transfers

We are based in Pakistan but rely on third-party services hosted in the United States and European Union. Your data may be transferred internationally, but all transfers are secured using encryption and standard contractual protections.

Cookies and Tracking

• Essential cookies are used for login sessions and preferences
• We do not currently use Google Analytics or tracking pixels
